1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Coders Brew LLC ("Coders Brew," "we," "us," or "our"), including codersbrew.com, our iOS application(s), and our job board. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility, Children, and Parental Consent
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, post jobs, purchase paid features, or use recruiting tools.
Some consumer app experiences (including child-directed experiences such as SpiderCatcher) may be used by children under 13 only with parent or legal guardian permission and supervision. Where required by applicable law (including COPPA), we obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children.

3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident.
4. Services
Coders Brew provides digital services that may include software products, content, candidate profiles, job postings, and hiring workflows. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
5. Job Board Rules
- Job seekers must provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information in resumes and profiles.
- Employers and recruiters must post lawful, accurate, and non-discriminatory job listings.
- You may not scrape, harvest, or mass-download candidate or employer data without written permission.
- You may not use the platform for spam, fraud, phishing, or unlawful recruiting practices.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- interfere with service operation, security, or integrity;
- upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
- impersonate another person or entity.
7. User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Coders Brew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the services.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the services, you grant Coders Brew LLC an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.
8. Intellectual Property
The services, including software, content, logos, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by Coders Brew LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse engineered without written permission.
9. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you use our iOS app, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Coders Brew LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any app failure to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), as allowed by applicable law.
10. Privacy and Regional Rights
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may submit privacy requests at hello@codersbrew.com.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may include links to third-party websites or integrations. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODERS BREW LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coders Brew LLC and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court. You and Coders Brew waive any right to a jury trial and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
If this section is found unenforceable for a particular dispute, then that dispute shall proceed exclusively in the courts identified in Section 16.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 15, the state and federal courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
Coders Brew is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or governmental actions.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting an update on this page and, when appropriate, by email or in-app notice before the changes become effective. Updated terms will include a revised "Last updated" date and version number. Continued use of the services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
